• You must not upload data you do not have the right to use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

BoardMetric generates automated reports and AI-powered insights for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

BoardMetric and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BoardMetric and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your uploaded data remains your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated reports or insights.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein.

Paid plans are billed in advance. Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
